Angelena Craig, a previous teacher here at Unity, will be here the entire month of July to lead a class in chair yoga. Anyone of any size, age or fitness level can reap the benefits of a yoga class, seated and, if possible, standing for part of the class using the chair for balance. Chair yoga will improve your strength and flexibility, reduce stress and improve your mental clarity. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends and socialize! Just wear comfortable clothes and join us every Monday morning in July from 10:00 to 11:00 am. $10 love offering per session.
