Zan Benham\n7:00 to 9:00 pm\n(All New-Comers Welcome.)     Class fee –$10.\nThis on-going class and support group blends the principles\, tools\, and processes of the Law of Attraction\, with an emphasis on the works of Abraham/Hicks and their book\, “Ask and It Is Given\,” along with other notable teachings past and present.  In this leading-edge class\, we unravel our way into clarity in our understanding and use of the Law.  Embodying and living the Law is a full-time occupation in becoming a mindful and conscious Co-Creator. Each week\, we expand our use and understanding of this Law. We remember that embodying and living it is a full time conscious and conscientious occupation.\nThe Law of Attraction is another name for the Law of Cause and Effect or the Law of Sow/Reap. We live in this Law just as we live in gravity.  Many today understand that we are all co-creators\, that when one “asks\,” “it is given.”  We may make affirmations but often the shadow voice within us is louder and becomes our unintentional communicator to the Universe. In class\, we work with tools or processes to help us become conscious of our desires and intentions. We are encouraged to live in its actualization.   The workings of the Law are subtle and specific.  It is each person’s own “inside job” in alliance with Source.  This is a progressive class moving us out onto the leading edge of alchemy to infuse\, enhance and expand spiritual growth\, well-being\, and connection to Source and Highest Guidance.\nClass includes a meditation\, a review of a process or two and a 20 minute DVD. SUMMARY:Mindfulness Meditation with Bhante Chandasiri of Serenity Buddhists
DESCRIPTION:  \n \nJoin Bhante Chandasiri of Serenity Buddhists every Sunday\, between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. for meditation. \nMindfulness practice is evidence based through current research to support well being\, stress reduction\, and spiritual development. The monks who teach these sessions started their training at the age of 11 in Sri Lanka. \nEach session will be 30 to 40 minutes of guided meditation followed by a talk on Buddhist principles for extending the mindfulness practice into daily living. Time is allotted for questions and feedback on specific needs or challenges that one may encounter in mindfulness meditation. \nOffered on a love offering basis\, with half the offerings going toward’s Unity of Sarasota’s Facilities Update Fund.

The mediation component of tai chi can help calm the mind\, improve concentration\, reduce anxiety. This ancient art improves general health in many areas; weight loss\, coordination\, flexibility\, emotional balance\, self-confidence and ability to focus inside. This list goes on. \nLeslie incorporates imagination\, using stories and imagery to help with understanding the essential principles of Tai Chi. These Concepts are based on the ancient Chinese philosophy of Taoism\, which stresses the natural balance in all things and the need for living in spiritual and physical accord with the patterns of nature. \nTai Chi is a mind-body activity that cultivates inner peace\, self-confidence & respect.
