DESCRIPTION:Cheryl Chaffee\, ERYT-500\, YACEP is an experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2005. She teaches an exceptionally heart-centered and alignment-focused style of yoga called Ashaya\, which means “the abode of the heart.” Come home to your heart through your body\, mind\, and breath. Each class includes relatable teachings on yoga philosophy\, breath work\, movement\, and deep relaxation. \n \n8 week session\, begins April 22\, 2022 — Fridays\, 1-2 pm in Fellowship Hall \nNo experience necessary. You must be able to get up and down to the floor easily. \nBring your own yoga mat\, yoga strap\, 2 yoga blocks\, and a firm blanket. \n\nCost: Sliding Scale $6-20 per class\, or $48-160 for the whole session\nSpace is limited\, you must reserve your spot in advance each week at www.bodymindheartyoga.com\n\nMasks are optional. Mats will be distanced 6’ apart. \n  \n
