We will open the entire body through yoga stretching and working on balance and strength in a gentle\, yet dynamic way. Part of the class is standing (supported by the chair) and also we use stretch bands (or a bathrobe tie) to further work the body. You will relax deeply\, while using breathing and meditation techniques\, leaving you feeling very peaceful…. but fully energized. Ideally\, sit in a straight-back chair with no arms and have your band or tie available. \nTo join our Chair Yoga with Angelena Craig\, please email Angelena at newaging56@gmail.com and put Chair Yoga in the subject line.  Angelena will then email you all the information needed to join in and see everyone. It’s the next best thing to being there. SUMMARY:Virtual Chair Yoga with Angelena Craig
DESCRIPTION:  \n \n  \nTuesdays–Ongoing\nWith Angelena Craig\nTime: 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.\nSliding Scale $10 – $15 per class \n  \nThis seated\, hour-long class is for anyone\, no matter the age\, size or fitness level. We will open the entire body through yoga stretching and working on balance and strength in a gentle\, yet dynamic way. Part of the class is standing (supported by the chair) and also we use stretch bands (or a bathrobe tie) to further work the body. You will relax deeply\, while using breathing and meditation techniques\, leaving you feeling very peaceful…. but fully energized. Ideally\, sit in a straight-back chair with no arms and have your band or tie available. \nTo join our Chair Yoga with Angelena Craig\, please email Angelena at newaging56@gmail.com and put Chair Yoga in the subject line.  Angelena will then email you all the information needed to join in and see everyone. It’s the next best thing to being there. This actually proves that there is no separation!\nSee you Tuesday.
