A presentation and group discussion follow the meditation. \nTopics explore mindfulness as a practical skill for daily life and draw from secular Buddhist teachings\, philosophy\, psychology\, and lived experience. Topics may include awareness\, reactivity and responsiveness\, ethics\, generosity\, gratitude\, habit patterns\, and how we relate to stress\, aging\, and uncertainty. \nThe group emphasizes direct experience over belief\, and discussion is encouraged. No prior meditation experience is required\, and no particular belief system is assumed.
