Rev. Amy Zehe is from Erie, PA., and discovered Unity around 1981. She was one of the first board members of Unity of Chautauqua, NY, and that ministry is doing very well today. Growing tired of the lack of sunshine in Erie, she moved to the “Sunshine State” in 1983.
After having a multitude of different jobs, Rev. Amy realized what she really wanted was to be a minister. She was ordained at Unity Village in 1998. She has served as Associate Minister in Bradenton for two years and a part-time minster in Brandon for three years. She pioneered her own church in Lakewood Ranch for more than two years.
She came to Unity of Sarasota soon after Rev. Elizabeth arrived and began her eight years of service. Rev. Amy has been instrumental in creating and shepherding the “Angel Team” and makes numerous hospital visits.
She looks forward to working and growing with Rev. Suzi in the years ahead as Unity of Sarasota becomes an even larger force for good in the local community than it already is.
