Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise with its roots coming from martial arts. The mediation component of tai chi can help calm the mind, improve concentration, reduce anxiety. This ancient art improves general health in many areas; weight loss, coordination, flexibility, emotional balance, self-confidence and ability to focus inside. This list goes on.
Leslie incorporates imagination, using stories and imagery to help with understanding the essential principles of Tai Chi. These Concepts are based on the ancient Chinese philosophy of Taoism, which stresses the natural balance in all things and the need for living in spiritual and physical accord with the patterns of nature.
Tai Chi is a mind-body activity that cultivates inner peace, self-confidence & respect. Leslie teaches multidimensional mind-body aspects of fitness and wellness, core concepts that instill well-being, and a new creative fitness world for all skill levels. It creates a very positive future with enhanced quality of life!
