Sliding Scale $10 – $15 per class
This seated, hour-long class is for anyone, no matter the age, size or fitness level. We will open the entire body through yoga stretching and working on balance and strength in a gentle, yet dynamic way. Part of the class is standing (supported by the chair) and also we use stretch bands (or a bathrobe tie) to further work the body. You will relax deeply, while using breathing and meditation techniques, leaving you feeling very peaceful…. but fully energized. Ideally, sit in a straight-back chair with no arms and have your band or tie available.
