Harmonic Sound Bath with Sally Sammons

Relax into the healing vibrations of a full, orchestral sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and a symphonic gong at Unity of Sarasota in the Sanctuary.
Class begins on time. Chairs will be available, or you can bring a mat, blanket, and pillow if desired, for comfort. Water only, in a closed container.
