Called to Find Common Ground Talk and Prayer
“Moses, Jesus, Mohamed, Buddha, all Spiritual Masters understood the Universe has to be one undivided integrated whole to exist at all. Our Founding Fathers knew a house divided against itself cannot stand. We are now called to stand together on common ground, in an atmosphere of collaboration and inclusion, in a shared commitment to our spiritual principles, practices, and values.” ~ Rev. Dr. Suzi Schadle

From Sunday Talk-01-17-21: Called to Find Common Ground
May you be blessed with discomfort at easy answers, half-truths, and superficial relationships, so that you may live deep within your heart.
May you be blessed with anger at injustice, oppression, and exploitation of people, so that you may work for justice, freedom and peace.
May you be blessed with tears to shed for those who suffer from pain, rejection, starvation, and war, so that you may reach out your hand to comfort them and to turn their pain into joy.
And may you be blessed with enough foolishness to believe that we can make a difference in this world, that We Are Creating a World that Works for All, that We Are a Beacon of Light and Love: Opening Minds, Touching Hearts, and Transforming Lives, so that we can do what others claim cannot be done.
And So It Is
Thank God Within and All Around Us
Amen
