Come Join Angelena Craig for Chair Yoga
Location: Unity of Sarasota’s Enlightenment Center
Chair Yoga is on Tuesdays from 10:30 -11:30 a.m.
Drop-in Fee: $10-$15
Angelena’s Chair Yoga class is mostly done seated and there is a standing portion to work on strength and balance. The class is a dynamic and thorough work-out, yet very gentle and relaxing. Anyone of any size, age or fitness level can reap the benefits of this Yoga program.
Angelena Craig, a previous teacher here at Unity, leads a class in chair yoga. Chair yoga will improve your strength and flexibility, reduce stress and improve your mental clarity. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends and socialize! Come join Angelena for Chair Yoga and come in comfortable clothes and a smile on your face.
