Honoring and Remembering the Ones You Love – Family, Friends, and Pets – The Forever and Always Platform
You may order customized “Forever and Always” Placards to be placed on a paver and then on our platform near our outdoor labyrinth and garden.
- There is NO LIMIT to the number you order. Use individual order forms for each Placard you purchase. You may view actual samples in the Fellowship Hall.
- The size of the Placard is 7″ X 1 3/4″
Please pick between the heart and the paw to be on the side of the Placard.
COST: ONLY $100 PER PLACARD!!!
Credit card payments are made on the Eventbrite page.

- Orders paid by cash or check needs to be placed in the Office Manager’s Unity Box or in the Mail.
