Enjoy an opportunity to go deeper into a single mantra. In this experience, you’ll learn the meaning and history of one mantra, and practice chanting it out loud together. Then, we’ll slip into a silent meditation for about 15 minutes, where the mantra becomes more subtle and can make a powerful shift in your energy vibration.
At the end, group sharing and discussion will facilitate integration and build community.
Each month will feature a different mantra.
