In this class we will be introducing and practicing Unity’s methodology of prayer and how to live the Unity Principles. Gain confidence in prayer as you develop and enrich your life of prayer. This course explores prayer practices that allow us to stand as beacons of light for oneself and each other while seeing the divinity in all. This course will include in class discussions, small group discussions, mini-lectures, and experiential time for practicing prayer skills. This class is based on the Book: “How to Pray Without Talking to God.” Rev. Linda Martella-Whitsett. (2011). Hampton Roads Publishing.
