Special Board Meeting
February 12 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
The Board will meet at 6:30 pm for an open meeting to discuss the proposed budget to be presented for vote at the Annual Meeting on February 12. Following the open meeting there will be a private special meeting of Board Members to receive the Nominating committee’s assessment and recommendations for a finalist from the 3 candidates who visited us. Then, in accordance with the bylaws, the Board alone will consider all of the information and make the final selection and inform everyone as soon as possible. The next step will be to make the offer of employment and agree on a contract. We’re almost there!! Stay tuned.
