The Mindfulness Meditation Group
Featured The Mindfulness Meditation GroupThe Mindfulness Meditation Group meets every Thursday from 1 to 3 pm and is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners. Each gathering includes a 30-minute meditation, with the first 10 minutes guided, followed by silent practice. A presentation and group discussion follow the meditation. Colleen Cassidy teaches an open class to people interested in art. She had her own art school in Sarasota for the past 25 years and is a graduate of Ringling School of Art. Price is $30 per class. Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm. Rooms A & B at Unity of Sarasota.
